What is the cancellation/transfer policy?

You may cancel or change your registration by notifying customer service.
There will be a $50 processing fee for cancellations more than 60 days prior to the event; 50% of the registration fee will be charged for cancellations received 30-60 days prior to the event, and registration fees for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event are fully non-refundable. For cancellations, 100% of the cancellation fee may be applied toward the registration fee for the next conference. The Annual Pass can only be canceled or transferred, in conjunction with the rules listed above, prior to Digital Dealer Tampa 2022. Once the 2022 Digital Dealer Tampa badge has been redeemed, the 2022 Digital Dealer Las Vegas badge cannot be refunded, nor can it be transferred. Please click here to contact customer service.

Is there a group discount?

Group discounts are available for 4+ registrations. Groups of 4-7 receive a 10% discount per registration and groups of 8+ receive a 15% discount per registration. A point person must register all attendees at the same time and with the same form of payment for the group discount to be activated at checkout.

How do I reserve my hotel?

EventSphere is the official housing partner of Digital Dealer. Book, modify or cancel your hotel reservations at any time. Hotel availability will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once you make a reservation, you will receive an email acknowledgment with your confirmation. If you have any questions, please email digitaldealer@eventsphere.com.

How do I apply for a press badge?

We have press badges available for editorial staff writers employed by trade publications, mainstream media and popular online outlets.
